★ LYN & GY oak barrels are wooden wine storage vessels, suitable for storing various wines, Baijiu, distilled spirits, such as: "Brandy, whiskey, Odek, gin, rum, Great Wall dry red, etc., are currently deeply loved by self-brewing enthusiasts.
★ Please inject water into the oak wine barrel and soak it for at least 72 hours before using it for the first time. Slight leakage may occur during the soaking process of the new barrel, which is a normal phenomenon. Soaking in water makes the board fully expand and the pores become smaller. After soaking for more than 3-7 days without leakage at all (change the water at least once every 3 days during this period), drain the water and rinse it clean. After the wine injection hole is down and the barrel is dried for 24 hours, the wine can be loaded.
★ If you store high-grade Baijiu, you should first inject a small amount of Baijiu to clean it, and then release the wine in the barrel. After drying, you can inject high-grade Baijiu, and enjoy the wine for a period of time! The oak barrel used for fermentation should be placed in an underground wine cellar or a constant temperature and cool place away from light. And regular pressure discharge (the lid must be opened once a day before the month of self-brewed wine, and it will ferment again after the wine is installed, generating heat and gas. Space is required, and the handle should be discharged regularly. Later, the lid should be opened every 3-5 days until no gas is produced).
Long-term empty wine barrels need to be regularly injected with water into the barrel, otherwise the oak will dry out and crack, and the barrel hoop will be loose (but the water injection time should not be too long, the water will deteriorate and pollute the barrel for too long, and the active ingredients of the oak will seep into the water, and the oak barrel will lose its own meaning).
