Cold Compress: Put the product in a plastic bag and place it in the refrigerator's crisper for 30 to 60 minutes (15 to 30 minutes in the freezer). Then take the product out, rub it by hand until it reaches a comfortable temperature, and it can be used.
Hot Compress: Put the product in the microwave oven (medium-low power) and heat it for 10 seconds. Take it out after 10 seconds. Product Precautions
Put the product in the refrigerator's crisper for 30 to 60 minutes (15 to 30 minutes in the freezer). After taking it out, please first check if the gel balls inside the eye mask are flexible to ensure that the beads are not frozen before use.
Put the product in the microwave oven (medium-low heat) and heat for 10 seconds, no more than 10 seconds each time, until it reaches the appropriate temperature. Do not overheat. When taking it out of the microwave oven, be careful to avoid scalding caused by high temperature.
If the product needs to be reheated, wait for it to cool down before reheating. Do not boil it.
